While we do not currently accept direct insurance payments for psychiatric care, we provide all necessary documentation for accessing out of network benefits. Being out of network with insurance companies allows us to determine and deliver a treatment plan based on what works best for the patient. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for a portion of treatment, you may contact your insurance company directly, or reach out to us and we will help guide you through the process.

Comprehensive Evaluation ($650 for a 75 min initial session):

The comprehensive evaluation is a 75-minute detailed assessment of your current symptoms, past medical and mental health history, and life circumstances. At this time, Dr. Watts will determine if you would benefit from any laboratory testing including, but not limited to, thyroid, vitamin and nutrient levels or genetic testing. At the end of this appointment you will have a specific diagnosis and comprehensive treatment recommendations which may include lifestyle modifications, talk therapy, supplements, and prescription medications. Dr. Watts will collaborate with you and your other treatment providers to develop a highly personalized and effective treatment plan to optimize your mental and physical wellness.

Reproductive Consultation (Completed over two sessions. 1st session is $650 for 60 min; 2nd session is $450 for 45 min):

The reproductive psychiatry consultation is a two part consultation (75-minute and 45 mins) that is similar in scope to the comprehensive evaluation. It is intended for individuals who already have a psychiatrist and would like specific treatment recommendations before becoming pregnant, during pregnancy, or in the postpartum period. Dr. Watts will work closely with your primary psychiatrist and treatment team to optimize your mental wellness during this exciting and transformative time in your life. Dr. Watts can also provide a comprehensive written consultation report for your referring physician.

Ongoing Treatment ($450 for each 45 min follow up session):

After the initial comprehensive evaluation is completed, Dr. Watts will recommend 45-minute sessions on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your mental health needs and wellness goals. These sessions will offer a multimodal approach of talk therapy, mindfulness based practices, and medication and supplement management. Dr. Watts will review your progress and collaborate closely with you and your other providers to ensure that you reach your wellness goals.

Medication Management: ($350 for each 25 min follow up session):

For select patients who have been in the practice for 3 months or more and are stable, Dr. Watts offers 30 min med management appointments. Dr. Watts will review progress and detailed discussion about side effects and thoughtful alternative treatment when necessary.

Concierge Services and Fees:

Dr. Watts limits the number of patients that she works with in order to ensure enhanced care and availability to each patient that she treats. She offers flexible and prompt scheduling for initial evaluations and follow-up appointments and is available between visits for your phone calls and emails. In order to provide the highest level of personalized treatment, Dr. Watts does not accept insurance. She can provide you with a medical receipt that you may submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement rates are plan-specific. Please contact your insurance company to ask what the reimbursement rates are for the following codes:

Initial Evaluation - CPT code: 92203 + 90838

Follow-up appointment -45 minutes - CPT codes: 99213 + 90836
