PRACTICE
In her practice, Dr. Watts collaboratively tailors specific and integrative evidenced-based techniques including a range of supportive, dynamic and interpersonal psychotherapies, stress management, lifestyle adjustments, nutrition, mindfulness techniques, and medication when necessary after careful consideration. Sometimes she may recommend a type of therapy that she does not provide, in which case she will refer you to a clinician that does.
Clinical
She treats depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, life transitions, career management and relationship issues among many other things related to an individual’s physical, mental and social wellbeing.
She also treats women specifically related to mood, sleep and anxiety disorders during and after pregnancy, grief after miscarriage and infertility, trauma due to childbirth and mood issues related to the menstrual cycle or menopause. Additionally, she has experience treating individuals with chronic pelvic pain and sexual difficulties.
In addition to providing ongoing care, she provides consultations and second opinions related to medication during pregnancy, breastfeeding and fertility treatments as well as sleep training for adults and infants and preparatory guidance for expectant mothers.
Dr. Watts also provides professional coaching to individuals and organizations as well as leadership coaching and co-founder therapy.

Working with women specifically related to mood, sleep and anxiety disorders during and after pregnancy, grief after miscarriage and infertility, trauma due to childbirth and mood issues related to the menstrual cycle or menopause.
Wellness and lifestyle adjustments
Mental wellness often begins with lifestyle adjustments and incorporating healthy habits including exercise, light therapy, yoga, mindfulness techniques, massage and nutrition.
